Contemporary ADU

This architectural project is for a rear yard ADU (accessory dwelling unit) with a modern style. The ADU will be located in the rear yard of an existing single-family home and will have its own private entrance. The exterior of the ADU will feature clean lines and a minimalistic design, with a combination of wood and metal siding. The interior will have an open floor plan with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The living, dining, and kitchen areas will be combined to create a seamless flow and create a feeling of spaciousness. There will be three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry area. The ADU will also have energy-efficient features such as solar panels. The overall goal of the design is to create a modern and functional space that seamlessly integrates with the existing home and its surroundings.
