What to say when you combine ADU's and Multi-family residence. This amazing building located in Venice was our challenge to not only upgrade the exterior and maintain a healthy budget but also adding not only one, but two attached ADU's in the back of the building. We were still not completely finalized, we also decided that why not create a detached ADU on top of this new carport? And we did, with an innovative design but simple to be built. Our approach was to create a building that will bring people's attention and make our client happy with the budget.
