1) Edward Osuch of NEO & Associates Inc., a licensed architect in California, Nevada, Washington State, and Texas, will be speaking about why it is important to hire a licensed architect and answering questions about the home rebuilding process in the fire zone areas such as Altadena, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and Pasadena. His insights will be particularly relevant to those affected by the recent Los Angeles Eaton fire and Pacific Palisades fire communities.
Since the January 2025 fires in Eaton Canyon and Pacific Palisades, the architects and design team of NEO & Associates have been reaching out to the communities with homeowners affected by the wildfires in Altadena, Pacific Palisades, Pasadena, and Malibu about the process of rebuilding their homes that they have lost. Since then, two months after the fires, plans and applications for building permits to the LA County Building and Safety Department have been submitted and are now in the pipelines. Our goal is to help property owners in the fire zones regain their sense of security, comfort, and hope in the places they once called "Home."

2) Don Klabunde, a licensed veteran contractor of Classic Builders Inc., will be discussing rebuilding homes and is enthusiastic about helping property owners in the rehabilitation effort for homes and communities.
